Terms Of Use

General Terms

• All members will be sent a membership logo, via email. The logo must displayed and linked on your site
• Once you have been given access to the members area, no refund will be given
• You must have the proper protective codes on your site pages, to keep non-members from borrowing the creations from you
• I reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone.
• I use PaintShop Pro 9 to create my tubes. Tubes are offered to members in zip files, as .psp or .gif format, It is your responsibility to make sure you can open zip files and the file formats.
• You MUST have a website to join, It must be Family Friendly and in English, so that I can read it.
• If you are co-owners of a website offering tags or other creations and you wish to use any of my tubes for creating tags, You will ALL have to purchase a membership
• Any violation of the terms stated here will result in removal of your membership.
• If your membership is removed, You will also be asked to remove all graphics obtained from my site.
• There will be NO REFUNDS so please make sure you have read & understand my terms BEFORE purchase.
• As a member, you are not allowed to share your username or password with anyone. If so your membership will be removed immediately.
• All IP addresses are logged each time you enter the members area.
• After joining, you have 5 days to get my membership logo up on your site.
• Anyone not displaying the logo will have their membership suspended until they get the logo up on their site.
• Your site must be Family Friendly to apply for a membership. If you site is to be found not to be family friendly, I reserve the right to cancel your membership without refund.
• I will add all members to my Members List so you are able to keep track of your memberships expiration. I do not send out renewal notices, It is your responsibility to maintain your membership. If and when your membership expires, you will be removed from the members access page.
• All Tubes & LineArt in my members area are for your use only.

Tube Terms

• Your membership allows you to use the tubes to make signature tags, premades (with text), blinkies (with text) or other creations (web sets, stationary) for your personal use or for profit, IF they are used as graphics.
• (Excluding: SigTags, Premades, Web Sets, Adoptions etc., as finished creations and offered in .gif format)
• You must include at least a small credit link, For eg: Some tubes used are from “Creative Intentionz”, on your stationery and/or websets.
• Tubes are NOT to be used or offered AS IS, For any reason online or offline
• You may NOT write tutorials, make outlines, offer them in their original state, as shareware, for sale, freeware, linkware, cd’s or for download period.
• You MUST do something creative with the tubes, (ex: add other tubes…create your own unique image!) Adding text to a tube and calling it a SigTag is NOT acceptable. If using the tubes to create personalized sig. tags, blinkies, sets, cards, premades etc, the images must be finished (with text) and never offered as “blank” creations (linkware, freeware or shareware in their original form) All bases must also be dressed.
• DO NOT use my tubes to create outlines. Please leave all my filenames in tact.
• A link back is required when using my tubes. NO MASS PRODUCTION!!
• All tubes MUST be different then the samples or tubes I offer. As in use different colors!!

Lineart Terms

• DO NOT change my lineart in any way such as re-sizing or re-coloring.
• All lineart must be colored in to use, You may make tubes from the outlines once & ONLY once they are colored.
• You may offer YOUR colored results from my lineart for sale, download or as tubes. Providing you have a tube license.
• DO NOT offer my outlines for download from your site in their original form.
• DO NOT offer any of the bases for sale or download without clothes on.
• DO NOT use my outlines for craft items
• DO NOT use my outlines for tutorials, Please leave all my filenames in tact.
• A link back is required when using my tubes. NO MASS PRODUCTION!!
• All results MUST be different then the samples or tubes I offer. As in use different colors!!

AS-IS Terms

• All lineart purchased at Creative Intentionz is © to and only to Creative Intentionz
• Tubing of lines is allow but NO altering in any way, shape or form
• NO tutorials are to be written with my lines or tubes you have made from lines
• You may place them inside your PROTECTED members area AS-IS
• You may NOT resell the lines or tubes made from lines AS-IS
• Your members are allowed to tube the lines IF they hold a tubing license from your site
• Your members are not allowed to resell the lines or tubes they make from lines AS-IS
• Your lines must be completely colored before reselling, NO Bases are to be sold from lines
• All purchases WILL be tracked and you will be supplied with an AS-IS license
• Do NOT change the lines and claim them as your own, that is a NO NO
• You may make Websets, Sigtags, IM Stationary with your FINISHED graphics, not lines
• I reserve the right to change these terms if found necessary to do so

I do NOT accept MSN groups, Yahoo or any group/photo album sites (or like that) that can not add the proper protective coding to the pages.
